About Michelle J. Caron
Michelle J. Caron is a 23-year veteran of the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, DC, where she rose from officer to Inspector.
Over the course of her career, she led specialized units including the Special Operations Division and became the first woman to lead the Tactical Patrol Branch. She played a key role in managing multiple National Special Security Events, including presidential inaugurations and funerals, the NATO Summit, and the 2020 civil unrest response.
